The human behind the screen

Origin story

Informatics Engineering student at Politeknik Negeri Malang, building software end to end. That means the database schema, the API, and the interface on top of it — with machine learning on the side. I lead software and organisational initiatives as a project manager: the part where a messy brief turns into a plan, and the plan turns into something shipped. Off the keyboard I run internal development programmes and teach literacy at local orphanages with Polinema Mengajar.

Filed under: Software engineering, Machine learning, From brief to delivery. Malang-based, WIB, usually mid-refactor.

The short version

Software end to end. Plan first, then build — and the deadline is not a suggestion.

Fun factI have taught reading to kids at local orphanages. It is the toughest audience I have ever had to hold — and the only one that claps when the story ends.

Scoutify

Project manager, backend & machine learning

A scouting app that measures how closely a player fits a tactical brief, then explains the score.

Next milestone: Export the trained KNN and SHAP artifacts from the notebook and switch the app off mock data.

  • Flutter app covering dashboard, discover, tactical fit, similar-player search, comparison and shortlist, with widget tests over the dark/light theme and a 390 px layout
  • FastAPI backend exposing the player list, single-player detail and the scouting query from one loaded model registry

    Study2024 — Present

    D4 Applied Bachelor's — Informatics Engineering

    Politeknik Negeri MalangMalang, Indonesia

Studying informatics with an emphasis on software engineering and machine learning. Most of the degree happens outside the lecture hall: building software with a team, then being the person who keeps the team on schedule.

    • Coursework across software engineering, computer vision and machine learning
    • Leads software and organisational projects from initiation to delivery

Staff, Internal Division — Learning & Development

    Polinema MengajarMalang, Indonesia

Keeping a volunteer organisation cohesive is its own engineering problem. I manage internal affairs, coordinate bonding initiatives, and make sure members stay engaged enough to keep showing up — then spend the rest of the time teaching children at local orphanages.

    • Ran internal programmes that build a strong, collaborative team culture
    • Coordinated bonding initiatives across divisions
    • Taught and mentored children during community outreach sessions

Chief of Committee — Upskilling 2025/2026

    Polinema MengajarMalang, Indonesia

Led the committee behind an internal training day for members, built around public speaking and making a LinkedIn profile actually work. Owned it end to end: the concept, the team, the budget of attention, and the guest speakers.

    • Led a full committee from concept to event day
    • Brought in external speakers for public speaking and LinkedIn sessions
    • Owned operations, scheduling and speaker liaison

    Logistics & Equipment Crew

    Polinema MengajarMalang, Indonesia

Two programmes back to back: a study visit to a local orphanage, then a national seminar with a hands-on workshop. I planned, prepared and distributed everything the events needed, and stayed on site for the troubleshooting nobody puts in the rundown.

    • Study Visit 2026 — teaching materials and equipment for outreach day
    • National Seminar 2026 — venue setup and supplies for an upcycled-bag workshop
    • Coordinated with guest speakers to keep the practical sessions running

How to read this

Advanced means I have shipped it and debugged it under pressure. Intermediate means I am productive without supervision. Beginner means I know enough to be dangerous — and I say so on purpose.

Software end to end: a Laravel or plain-PHP backend, a MySQL schema that survives real data, and a Tailwind front end that does not fight the user. That covers storefronts, company profile sites and internal dashboards — the admin panel on the lab site is session-login protected and written by hand. On the data side I work in Python: a KNN model served behind a FastAPI endpoint, plus computer-vision coursework.
